I have had trouble with the last two collection records I uploaded. It lets me add all the metadata except when I try to save the record with the Extension NGGDPP Collection: Category, Primary Purpose, Type, User Groups, Collection Size, etc. It gives me an error.

“An unexpected error occurred: No such property: categorySearchService for class: gov.sciencebase.catalog.ItemService”

I created a test folder containing 15 .zip files and now I am trying to fill the folder with the remaining 80 or so .zip files that are needed to complete the database. Whenever I try to add files, they either will not properly upload or when saving the folder, an error appears that the 'class' of the files is not defined.

The only fix I have found for this is to upload and save files one or two at a time, a slow procedure that still only works about half of the time.

If you type the contact first and then select the type from the drop down menu it clears what you've just typed.

If you are in the folders tab on the left and you select the add button -> Add new folder -> Type folder name and then hit enter it cancels the folder creation instead of the expected result of creating that folder.

Under the WHO tab when editing record on Beta Test server under NGP Sandbox, looks like the contacts are supposed to be there, but it's all blank in IE 7. I do see the contacts though in Mozilla Firefox.

When I'm not logged in, I do not see all of my "Online Data" and "Websites" records in the items list or map. The items are associated with my virtual catalog. Is there a refresh delay by the harvester that is causing this problem?

I really like the customized ScienceBase portal access on the Wyoming Landscape Conservation Initiative website. I want to embed my virtual catalog on my own usgs website. Is there any documentation or templates on how to do this?
